Sanko Gosei have several activities in Door Panel Systems. Our skills reach from standard, hard plastic mouldings up to soft feel, back moulded foil or fabric solutions.
Via In-Mould-Grain technology we are capable to vacuum-form foils, whilst achieving best appearance and soft feel within the scope of mid range budget solutions.
Due to improved recycling technologies the material PVC, once bespoke for environmental reasons, can now be regarded as friendly as TPO-foils. Mostly the choice for materials is customer driven and often the balance tips towards the marketing friendly TPO's. Despite, we still focus our developments on both material types, since we strongly believe in the come back of PVC's for this application.
