  In-Mould-Grain Technology

To achieve best possible grain definition within the constraints of a vacuum forming process we have developed the In-Mould-Grain Technology.
This technology not only allows for an defined grain depth independent of local material stretching, but also can be used to tune visual aspects such as gloss and local grain depths.
Repeatable appearance is of high importance when striving for visual quality. The technology allows for precise determination of all requested features within the grain.
Possibly the largest advantage is to create multiple grains or even to integrate feature lines or symbols such as SRS-logo's.

Low Pressure Moulding allows for budget friendly fabric or foil back moulded solutions, optionally with foam backing to achieve soft feel haptics. Even hard plastic variants can be commonly produced with this process.
