The Managing Directors, Directors and Managers of all Sanko Gosei Group companies accept their responsibility to develop a joint strategy, and maintain a common documented system, which ensures that their shared site maintains compliance with relevant environmental legislation and the requirements of ISO 14001.
It shall be the responsibility of each Managing Director to lead their company towards achievement and maintenance of a conscious, forward thinking policy, which shall be: proactive rather than reactive, in line with accepted standards, and consistent with other site based systems, i.e. Quality Management and Health & Safety.
Each company is committed to continuous improvement in respect of minimization of pollutants and waste generation pertinent to the site. This will be achieved through ongoing review of the nature, scale and environmental impact of site processes and by objective and target setting.
As proof of our joint commitment to a responsible and caring attitude towards the environment we shall achieve and maintain accreditation to ISO 14001. In so doing, provision for suitable training of employees, and the encouragement of open communication across each organization, shall be maintained. Each company will also work with their suppliers to control the environmental aspects of purchased products.
We shall make every effort to minimize environmental aspects in the development of our future business by the application of a "reduce, re-use, recycle" policy, in order to conserve natural resources.
